Fare Conditions applicable for travel originating from Europe on PIA’s International sectors.

The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary ( adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the itinerary.

Booking Changes (N, T, M, K Y, S, B, J, C)

BEFORE DEPARTURE (Travel FROM Europe)	7 days or more before departure	ONE change is free of charge on entire journey For subsequent changes EUR 50 will be charged
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 50 will be charged for all changes in booking
AFTER DEPARTURE (Travel TO Europe)	7 days or more before departure	ONE change is free of charge on entire journey For subsequent changes EUR 50 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 50 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for all changes in booking

Booking Changes – Special/Promotional fares (Class: ‘O’)

BEFORE DEPARTURE (Travel FROM Europe)	7 days or more before departure	EUR 100 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged.
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 100 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for each change in booking.
AFTER DEPARTURE (Travel TO Europe)	7 days or more before departure	EUR 100 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged.
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	EUR 100 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for each change in booking.

* One COB seven (7) days prior to flight departure in each direction will be free of charge.

 

Booking Changes – Special/Promotional fares (Class: ‘I’)

BEFORE DEPARTURE (Travel FROM Europe)	7 days or more before departure	No free change is allowed. EUR 150 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged.
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	No free change is allowed. EUR 150 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for each change in booking.
AFTER DEPARTURE (Travel TO Europe)	7 days or more before departure	No free change is allowed. EUR 150 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged.
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure	No free change is allowed. EUR 150 (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for each change in booking.

 

No-Show

EUR 75 will be charged in case of no-show

(Any change made within 4 hours of flight departure will also be considered as a No-Show)

Refund is not applicable on remaining flight(s) if ticket is utilized out of sequence.

1. In case of applicability of more than one penalty, only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be payable.
2. The Charges are in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, booking class or any other reason.
3. In case reservation change involves more than one sector at a time , change of booking charge will be applicable on the first unutilized segment. . E.g. If a Passenger is holding confirmed ticket on PAR-ISB-PAR and desires to change both PAR-ISB and ISB-PAR reservation at a time, penalty charges will apply only on first segment i.e. PAR-ISB only.

* Children Discounts:

Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights by an adult passenger.

**Stopovers

Unlimited stopovers are permitted for onward travel within Pakistan in each direction.
