Travel Outside Pakistan (ex-Pakistan)

Fare Conditions applicable on travel originating from Pakistan to PIA’s International sectors. The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary ( adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the itinerary.

Ticket Refunds*

In case domestic portion of International ticket is used, the domestic fare equivalent to class “T” in economy and class “S” in business shall be deducted, in addition to refund charge of PKR 1500.

*Refund will not be given on remaining flight coupons if ticket is utilized out of sequence.

 

Conditions:

1. These Charges will be in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, booking class or any other reason.
2. In case reservation change involves more than one sector at a time, Change of Booking charges will be applicable on first unutilized segment. E.g. If a passenger is holding a confirmed ticket on Karachi-London-Karachi sector and desires to change both Karachi-London and London -Karachi at a time, Penalty charges will apply only on first segment i.e. Karachi-London only.
3. Charges will be waived off in case Change of Booking results in up-gradation to a higher Cabin, i.e. Economy to Business. Only Difference of Fare (DOF) will be collected from the passenger. However, No-show charges will be collected if applicable.
4. In case of applicability of more than one penalty, only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be payable. In case a passenger is no-show and requires a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be applicable.

* Children Discounts:

Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights by an adult passenger.

**Stopovers

Unlimited stopovers are permitted.

 

 

 

Senior Citizen Discount

For international travel 10 % Senior Citizen discount is available in Economy and Business cabins (Restriction apply for the available classes).

This discount will be available through PIA offices and Agents.
