Fare Conditions applicable on travel within Pakistan on PIA’s domestic sectors.

The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary (adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the itinerary.

Change of Booking/ Refund Charges

1. These Charges will be in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of booking class or any other reason.
2. For any number of changes within ticketed (confirmed) itinerary, highest Refund/Cancellation/Change penalty will apply once.
3. In case of partially utilized tickets, refund charges would apply after deducting fare of utilized sectors.
4. A separate Change of booking would be charged if a reservation change is made more than once.
5. Above Conditions /Penalties apply both on tickets issued by PIA offices, agents and web-ticketing.
6. In case of applicability of more than one penalty, only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be payable. In case a passenger is no-show and requires a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be applicable.
7. Charges will be waived off in case Change of Booking results in up-gradation to a higher Cabin, i.e. Economy to Economy Plus/Business or Economy Plus to Business. Only Difference of Fare (DOF) will be collected from the passenger. However, No-show charges will be collected if applicable.

Exemptions:

Following categories will be exempted from levy of aforementioned charges:

1. Refund and Change of bookings charges will not apply on “Subject to Weather” flights. However following charges will apply to PAX who want to change their booking after confirmation/revalidation:
   1. COB Charge of PKR 250.
   2. No Show Charge of PKR 1000 (if applicable).
2. No-show/refund charges shall not be imposed if the passenger was unable to travel on the booked flight for any one of the following reasons:
   1. Flight cancellation.
   2. PIA’s inability to provide previously confirmed space.
   3. Misconnection due late arrival of PIA flight.
   4. Flight delay of more than 03 hours.
   5. Omission of a scheduled stop.

* Children Discounts:

Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights by an adult passenger.

 

Night Coach Flight:

• This fare is Non-Refundable
   
• All other Pure Domestic Rules will apply
   

Following additional Incentive Facility available against Group travel as per following terms & conditions:-

• Night Coach Group TRAVEL-NGV Facility: (Terms and Conditions)
   
  1. In case of Six (06 PAX), sixth passenger will get 50% discount.
      
  2. In case of Eleven (11) PAX, 11th passenger will be issued One 100% free ticket.
      
  3. In case of more than six (06) and less than eleven (11) pax, only one passenger will issued (01) one 50% rebated ticket.
      
  4. Ticketing and outbound travel together.
      
  5. In case adult and child traveling together as a group, then discount will apply to the child.
      
  6. In case adult and child traveling together as group, then 100% free ticket will apply to child. The free ticket will be issued on 100% rebated basis with full applicable fare mentioned on the face value.
      
  7. Discount facility is applicable on RBD “N” only.
      
  8. Infant cannot be counted for the scheme; hence this facility is not applicable to infant.
      
  9. Fare code “NGV” with total number of PAX must be mentioned in tour code box of the ticket.
      
  10. NGV facility only available for sales through Travel Agents & PIA Offices (Not Available on Web Ticketing)
       
  11. All selling outlets will submit a separate sales report with the copy of the relevant documents against tickets issued against group travel.
       

All applicable Taxes to be collected on rebated tickets under this scheme.
