UK (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow)

Fare Conditions applicable for travel originating from UK on PIA’s International sectors.

The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary (adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the entire itinerary.

Booking Changes

BEFORE DEPARTURE (Travel From UK)	7 days or more before departure		FIRST change is free of charge on entire journey For subsequent changes GBP 75/- will be charged

AFTER DEPARTURE (Travel to UK)	7 days or more before departure		FIRST change is free of charge on entire journey (if not availed earlier). For subsequent changes GBP 75/- (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged.
	Within 7 days till 4 hrs before departure		GBP 75/- (or equivalent in local currency) will be charged for all changes in booking

* Children Discounts:

Tickets purchased through Web Site for Children/infants must be accompanied on all flights by an adult passenger.

CHILD discount does not apply on Stopover Charges.

 

Baggage Allowance:

For Infant/Child and Adult occupying the seat

Free Baggage Allowance (FBA) of 10 Kg for accompanied infant (not occupying seat), allowed for all destinations for tickets issued EX UK from Point of Origin to the final destination.

Conditions:

1. Charge(s)/Penalty(ies) apply to adult, child and infant (occupying a seat).
2. Charge(s)/Penalty(ies) shall be levied in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, class of travel or any other reason.
3. Refund not applicable on remaining flight(s) if ticket is utilized out of sequence.
4. Waived in Case of:
   1. Death of passenger.
   2. Death of immediate family members i.e. Spouse, daughter, son and parents.

      Please note the above charges are to be waived off subject to production of following:

      • Death/Burial certificate of passenger or any other relevant document to avoid audit objection.
      • Death/Burial certificate of immediate family members (spouse, daughter, son and parents) or any other relevant document to avoid audit objection with the provision of necessary documents indicating relation with the deceased person.
      • All International/Domestic Stations Heads are authorized to waive of COB/No show and refund charges on production of above documents.
5. Penalties pertaining to COB, Refund, Cancellation and DOF may be waived due to flight schedule disruption, cancellation of flight, mis-connection, and change in flight pattern due to operational reasons. Proper documentation is required.
6. In case reservation change involves more than one sector, change of booking charge will be applicable on the first unutilized coupon. For Example PAX holding confirmed reservation for UK (LON/MAN/BHX/LBA/GLA)-ISB-UK (LON/MAN/BHX/LBA/GLA) and desires to change both Outbound / Inbound reservation, COB charges apply only for once i.e. first unutilized coupon UK ( LON/MAN/BHX/LBA/GLA)-ISB.
7. In case both refund and Reservation/Ticketing changes apply, only one penalty whichever is higher will be applicable.
8. In case a passenger is no-show and require a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge whichever is higher will be applicable.
9. Change of Booking Charges on International Tickets will not be applicable in case of any Change in Reservation on Pure Domestic Sector within Pakistan.

If refund is initiated after changes in Reservation / Ticketing and payment of COB charges, then COB charges paid earlier will not be refundable.
