Stopover
Only one Stop over is allowed free of charge. Subsequent Stopover is allowed subjected to applicable charges i.e. GBP 50 in UK and USD 75 in Pak. Infant are exempted from stopover charges.

Positive Boarding Rules for the UK:
To ensure punctuality of flights, all passengers must be at the check-in counters at least 2 hours before departure. Check-in for flights closes 60 minutes before departure, hence please allow time for traffic and other factors when you plan your arrival at the airport. Late passengers are not accepted after flight check-in closure.
All UK Departing passengers must ensure that they reach boarding gates/departure lounges by at least :
- 30 minutes before flight departure (Economy Class Passengers)
- 20 minutes for premium passengers (Business Class Passengers)
Please do check your boarding card for flight timings and departure gate information, listen out for flight announcements and watch the flight information screens.
Please note that not reaching in time will result in missing the flight and PIA will not be responsible for any refunds / waivers to such passengers.

- No discount is applicable on UMRAH tickets i.e. Senior Citizen, Student Discount, Golootlo, BIN Discount etc.
- UMRAH selling is available for round trips only. One-way selling is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
- Re-issuance of fully un-utilized tickets can be through the PIA website as per UMRAH policy. Alternatively, customers can also get ticket amendments through PIA offices.
- For partial re-issuance, the customer has to call the PIA contact center at +92-21-111786786 and request to add a desired segment, afterward customer has to open PNR on MYB (Manage your booking) to re-issue his/her ticket.
