Stopover
One stopover is free of charge in Pakistan. Each subsequent stopover will be charged:
- EUR 70 for adult/child, for travel from Milan or Barcelona to Pakistan
- EUR 65 for adult/child, for travel from Paris to Pakistan
- NOK 700 for adult/child, for travel from Oslo to Pakistan
- DKK 500 for adult/child, for travel from Copenhagen to Pakistan
- USD 60 for adult/child, for travel from Pakistan to Milan, Barcelona, Oslo or Copenhagen
- USD 75 for adult/child, for travel from Pakistan to Paris
Other Conditions
- Penalty applies per adult and child, infant occupying a seat.
- No-Show charges will apply after flight departure.
- Charge(s)/Penalty (ies) shall be levied in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, class of travel or any other reason.
- Refund is not allowed if flight coupons are utilized out of sequence.
- In case a passenger is no-show and require a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge, whichever is higher, will be applicable.
- Failure to occupy a reserved seat on any segment of the itinerary may result in cancellation of all subsequent segments.
- Change of booking charges on international tickets will not be applicable in case of any change in reservation on domestic sector within Pakistan.
- Partially utilized ticket may be refunded Ex-CDG to PAK and Ex-PAK to CDG sector after deducting one way fare (used sector) and applicable Taxes, Penalty (whichever is higher).
- Only one Stopover is allowed free of charge in Pakistan. Subsequent Stopover is allowed subject to applicable charges as mentioned in the above table. Infant Exempted.
- No charge/penalty apply in case of death of passenger and/or immediate family member, and/or hospitalization of passengers and/or immediate family members travelling on the same flight (family definition: husband/wife/children/parents). Documents required:
- Death/burial certificate of passenger and/or any other relevant document
- Death/burial certificate of immediate family members & proof of relation
- Hospitalization certificate (Discharge Slip) of the passenger with the provision of necessary documents indicating relationship with the hospitalized passenger

One stopover is free (May be availed either on Inbound or Outbound leg). Any subsequent stopover will be charged @ USD50 for adult/child (infant with no seat exempted), Child discount doesn't apply on stopover surcharge.

Exemptions:
No-show/refund/change of booking charges shall not be imposed if the passenger was unable to travel on the booked flight for any one of the following reasons:
- Flight cancellation.
- Denied boarding.
- Misconnection due late arrival of PIA flight.
- PIA’s inability to provide previously confirmed space.
- Early departure of flight by more than 45 min.
- Flight delay of more than 1-1/2 hours in case of pure domestic travel.
- For international passengers traveling on a domestic leg, if transit time is less than 03 hours due to delay of the domestic leg to the onward international connecting flight.
- Involuntary down-gradation to a lower cabin, or up-gradation to higher cabin due to airline's operational reason/change of aircraft.
