Family Program is a great way for families to save miles and redeem them for rewards. It is a convenient and flexible way to maximize the value of earned miles within a family, making redemption easier and preventing points from going to waste.
KEY FEATURES
- The family program is open to all Frequent Flyer members who are related by blood or marriage.
- It allows up to 9 family members to join the family program.

- Children 2 to 12 years will receive 75% of the adult miles.
- To become a family head, member should be 18 plus years.
- Receive a welcome bonus of 2,000 miles when you enroll your family members, for first time becoming a Family Head Account.
- Add 9 family members in total in your Family Pool.
- Redeem miles for award tickets, upgrades, excess baggage, and seat selection for any member of the family.
- The family head can add their spouses, parents and children.
- Family Head must be 18 years
- Number of allowed members: Between 2 and 9 with a minimum of 1 adult
- Member can leave his current family pool after 6 months of joining.
- Register your family members as individual members in PIA Award Plus Program.
- Open your Member Portal Account
- Click on Family Plus tab in your member portal.
- Fill the necessary details and attach a copy of necessary proof of relationship document (CNIC/ Passport, BForm, and Family Tree Document - FRC for other family members.)
- Click Submit.
- Repeat same process to add more members.
- PIA will evaluate the proof of relationship document for each relationship request.
- After necessary verification of the given information the relationship will be tagged. Both the family and family member will be notified via email when the relationship is active.

2- Can I add more than one?
Family members can be added one by one.
3- Can I submit relationship request without attachment?
Proof of relationship is necessary to add members in family pool. The requests for relationship without necessary proof of relationship documents will be declined.
