PIA now offers the opportunity to advance-purchase additional baggage over your standard baggage allowance at concessional rates.

Excess baggage can be purchased in advance from the time of ticketing till 4 hours before your flight’s departure. Within 4 hours of your flight’s departure, standard excess baggage rates will apply, which are available route-wise at Booking Conditions and Baggage Rules.

Excess baggage can be purchased in advance online, from PIA booking offices, and from sales/travel agents worldwide. This facility is available on selected International and Domestic routes.

Passenger can purchase a minimum of 5 KG excess baggage and henceforth in multiples of 5 KG. Maximum limit is defined route-wise.

In case of voluntary or involuntary reissuance of ticket, refund of the advance-purchase baggage fees is allowed without any additional charges.
