Updates on Travel Restrictions and Operational Changes due to COVID-19 outbreak

Dear Valued Customers,

As you are all aware, due to the situation of the global COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) outbreak, our regular international flight operations have been affected.  We are operating a limited number of flights during this period. These flights are subject to approvals from the Government of Pakistan, and from respective countries' governments and relevant authorities. We are working closely with authorities and we aim to gradually return to regular operations as soon as circumstances allow.

PIA Contact Center is working round the clock to respond to all your queries and concerns, but due to the high volume of incoming calls, we understand that many calls may be left unanswered. We request you to kindly cooperate with us, and if you're not traveling in the next 48 hours, please wait and call us again later. We will do our best to facilitate you as per your expectations. If you have booked your seat through your Travel Agent, please contact them directly.
