Updates on Travel Restrictions and Operational Changes due to COVID-19 outbreak

Dear Valued Customers,

As you are all aware, due to the situation of the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) outbreak, our regular international flight operations have been suspended.  We are operating a number of special flights during this period for repatriation of our customers. These flights are subject to approvals from the Government of Pakistan, and respective countries' governments and relevant authorities. We are working closely with authorities and we aim to gradually return to regular operations as soon as circumstances allow.

Our domestic flight operations have been partially restored. PIA Contact Center is working round the clock to respond to all your queries and concerns, but due to the high volume of incoming calls, we understand that many calls may be left unanswered. We request you to kindly cooperate with us, and if you're not travelling in the next 48 hours, please wait and call us again later. We will do our best to facilitate you as per your expectations. If you have booked your seat through your Travel Agent, please contact them directly.

Countries across the world have imposed stringent travel restrictions. Travelers are requested to check their eligibility and requirements before travel. More information can be found here:
