As you all are aware, the situation of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) is beyond our control and safety is our top priority. Therefore, in compliance with the instructions of Government of Pakistan, as well as travel restrictions imposed by almost all countries, PIA's international flight operations have been suspended from 21st March to 4th April 2020. To facilitate our valued customers during these times, we have waived off all change of booking fees till 5th April 2020.

Inland situation is also aggravating and many domestic flights have been cancelled due to insignificant passengers' movement, for which we apologise. Our Call Center is working hard day and night to respond to all calls but due to the very high volume of incoming calls, we understand that many calls may be left unanswered. We request you to kindly cooperate with us, and if you're not travelling in the next 72 hours, please wait and call us later. We will do our best to facilitate our customers as per their expectations. If you have booked your seat through your Travel Agent, please contact them directly.

Appreciate your cooperation.
