1. No discount is applicable on UMRAH tickets i.e. Senior Citizen, Student Discount, Golootlo, BIN Discount etc.
  2. UMRAH selling is available for round trips only. One-way selling is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
  3. Re-issuance of fully un-utilized tickets can be through the PIA website as per UMRAH policy. Alternatively, customers can also get ticket amendments through PIA offices.
  4. For partial re-issuance, the customer has to call the PIA contact center at +92-21-111786786 and request to add a desired segment, afterward customer has to open PNR on MYB (Manage your booking) to re-issue his/her ticket.
    Please note that currently, partial re-issuance cannot be done or facilitated though PIA website – Manage Your Booking.   
  5. Refunds of fully un-utilized tickets can be done online as per UMRAH policy. Alternatively, customers can also write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  for refund queries.
  6. Partial refund or refund of a half-utilized UMRAH ticket is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
